Minimum age 21 for cars and 18 for bikes/scooters. You must hold a valid Indian driving licence (no learner's permit). Aadhaar card or passport plus one secondary photo ID are required at pickup.
A fully refundable deposit is collected at pickup: ₹3,000 for scooters, ₹5,000 for bikes, ₹10,000 for hatchbacks and sedans, ₹15,000 for SUVs and MPVs. The deposit is returned within 24 hours of vehicle return provided there is no damage.
Vehicles are provided with the fuel level at the time of pickup. You must return the vehicle with the same or higher fuel level. Fuel costs are always borne by the renter.
Our vehicles hold valid Himachal Pradesh permits and may be driven anywhere in India except restricted areas. For Leh-Ladakh, Spiti and Nubra routes you must inform us in advance. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and voids all insurance.
All vehicles carry comprehensive insurance. In case of an accident, call our support line immediately. Do not move the vehicle before documentation. The renter is liable for any damage caused by negligence or violation of terms.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours attract a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Extensions must be confirmed at least 3 hours before your scheduled return time and are subject to availability. Early returns receive no refund for unused days unless separately agreed in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, Punjab.
